Claire Devine has coached touch for the past ten years. Coaching rugby for Centaurs Rugby Club for two years, then joining Royals Touch (formerly - Centaurs Touch) to develop their programme and to ensure gender equality. Claire coached Tanglin Trust School for two years helping them to achieve their only SEASAC victory to date. Claire is a Level 2 FIT referee and Intermediate Level FIT Coach. Claire has competed locally and internationally for Bucks Touch, Centaurs Touch as well as Royals Touch, and has managed the Singapore Mixed 30’s team at the 2015 World Cup. Claire is part of the Singapore Women's U20s coaching team for the Youth Touch World Cup 2018.
Claire is a registered First Aider (with CPR and AED) and is a certified Sport Singapore Touch Coach.
In real life, Claire is the Artistic Director of charity Buds Theatre, Director of The Playtent, a space for emerging artists, a Consultant with the National Institute of Education and leading Mentor for the National Arts Council driven STAR programme with the Ministry of Education.

Head of Royals
Rob Devine has coached touch for almost 15 years having set up Royals Touch (formerly - Centaurs Touch) in 2004. Rob is a FIT Level 3 Referee, Intermediate Level FIT Coach, and L1 Coach Educator & is the Chairman of the FIT Youth and Children's Commission. Rob is also a member of the Touch Singapore Coaching Commission and was part of the Singapore Men's U20s, Youth World Cup 2018 coaching team. Rob was also Head Coach of the Singapore Men's Open team (FIT Touch World Cup 2019).
Rob is a registered First Aider (with CPR and AED) and is a certified Sport Singapore Touch Coach.
Rob has played and reffed all over the world and has represented Singapore (Men's 40s) at 2015 Touch World Cup and has played Men's and Mixed at the highest level in Singapore.
When not on a touch pitch, Rob is a creativity and leadership development consultant and is founder and director of Singapore charity (CORD) Community Outreach Rugby Development, that uses sport to provide less fortunate children and young adults the means to transform their lives.

Coaching: Royals Touch U16's and U18's
In 2018 Zahra was selected to play for Singapore U20s squad for the Youth Touch World Cup and was also nominated for co-captaincy before an ACL injury intervened and she withdrew to rest and recuperate post operation.
Prior to this Zahra began as a coaching assistant for Nanyang Polytechnic in 2018. Since making a full recovery, Zahra has coached at the Australian International School, Todaks and Singapore Cricket Club, and is currently coaching at UWCSEA Dover (U12/14s).
Zahra is a Level 1 FIT Touch Referee.
Zahra currently plays for our Women's Opens and Mixed Opens teams and brings experience, skill and positivity to the Club and is popular with all ages.

Soli is a Level 1 FIT referee and has represented Singapore U20s at the Youth Touch World Cup 2018 and Singapore Mixed Open at the Touch World Cup 2019.
